Hi, I’m Brandi Vullo,  a Full-Time Realtor with Howard Hanna Real Estate, proudly helping buyers, sellers, first-time homebuyers, downsizers, and investors throughout Rochester, NY and surrounding areas for over 10 years.

Real Estate isn’t just my job it’s truly something I love. I enjoy helping people through one of the biggest moments in their lives while making the process feel less stressful, more exciting, and even fun along the way.

Before Real Estate, I spent many years working in home health and hospice care, which taught me patience, compassion, communication, and the importance of truly listening to people’s needs. Those values still guide how I work with every client today.

My business is built on relationships, honesty, hard work, communication, and treating people like family not transactions. Whether you’re buying your very first home, selling the home you’ve loved for years, relocating, investing, or simply thinking about your options, I’m here to help guide you every step of the way.

Outside of Real Estate, I’m a wife of 30 years, mom of three amazing adult children, and a proud dog mom. Family, community, and helping others mean everything to me.
